The Platform allows you to submit an application for a customer service position with Stake Sourcing. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. All applications are subject to review, verification, and approval at the sole discretion of Stake Sourcing.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information throughout the application process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate disqualification and may be subject to legal action.
As part of the application process, you may be required to verify your identity through Veriff, a licensed third-party identity verification provider. By proceeding with verification, you acknowledge that Veriff will process your personal data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Stake Sourcing does not store biometric data collected during the verification process.
By providing your phone number and submitting your application, you expressly consent to receiving phone calls from Stake Sourcing or its representatives regarding your application and potential employment. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting our support team.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Stake Sourcing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Stake Sourcing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Stake Sourcing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
